I created this beautiful 12 page paperbag album with my three sisters in mind. There is no greater bond than that of sisters. I worked from a pallette of corals, turqoise and browns. Each page has been completed and tells the story of your time together with your sister. All pages are cut and machine sewn. All materials used are acid/lignon free assuring a lifetime of memories!
Cover Page (shown) - A floral pattern background was used, with a chipboard letter "S" spelling out "sister". In the upper left hand corner I used a large coral flower with an oversized brown brad in the center and turqoise satin ribbon tied thru. I attached a safety pin and tag that says "my". There is a metal photo corner in the upper right hand corner and decorative brads on the lower left. There also is a small brown flower with a turqoise brad and a Quickutz flower with a decorative brad.
Page 2/3 - Large pink square brad with "Memories" in the center of the square topped off with a brown bow. The upper right hand corner has a Quickutz photo corner. 3)The center "Best Friends" with brown ricrac above and below as a frame. Quickutz flowers with decorative brad.
Page 4/5 - Pocket with "Good Times" and punched polka-dots in a variety of coordinating colors. Ricrac frames the pocket. There are three cards in the pocket either for journaling or adding photos. These are topped with large punch flowers and attached with brads. 5)"Shopping Buddy" is handstamped on the bottom of the page and paper flowers have been attached with brads. There also was a swirly photo corner handstamped on the upper right hand corner.
Page 6/7 - Hand stamped swirl on the upper center of the page, coordinating ribbon and a wooden washer that says "together". 7)Coordinating papers and ribbon attached with "You + Me" handstamped on the lower right hand corner, two paper flowers attached with brads.
Page 8/9 - Steaming cups of coffee handstamped on the left side and "coffee time" on the bottom of the page hand stamped. I also have added a pink clip for your convenience. 9)Pocket with crocheted trim and "All about You" with Quickutz flowers attached with decorative brads. Two large cards again for journaling or photos adorned with coordinating ribbons.
Page 10/11 - Large chipboard letter "a" topped with bow that spells out "always there for me".
11)Handstamped at top center "You're Special" and coordinating fibers have been attached for you to tuck your photos or momentos behind.
Back Cover - "love you" has been handstamped in the center.
The book measure approximately 7.5 x 5, all are 12 pages, five holes punched at the left and an assortment of ribbons tied binding the book together.
Please keep in mind that all of my paperbag scrapbook albums are made from your everyday lunchbags! Therefore, all the ends are left open so that you are able to tuck other photos and momentos in these pockets. All materials used are acid/lignon free ensuring you a lifetime of enjoyment! I know every Grandmother loves to brag about her grandchildren! This album turned out beautiful. The color scheme is refreshing! Just as I have described in all of my other postings this book too has 12 pages that have been completed so all you have to do is crop your photo's and add them to the pages. There are five cards for journaling your thoughts or memories and because this is made out of paperbags the ends have been left open for you to stick other photo's or momento's.
